Terms of Service

The Services are operated by TCoops ("we", "us", "our").

When a Service is in beta, you acknowledge:

• ⚠ Features may change without notice
• ⚠ The Service may be unstable or unavailable
• ⚠ Data may be reset during development
• ⚠ Access may be revoked at any time

Beta testers agree not to publicly share screenshots, unreleased feature details, or descriptions of in-development functionality without prior written permission from TCoops. Any feedback, bug reports, feature suggestions, or ideas submitted during the beta may be used by TCoops to improve the product without compensation, obligation, or attribution to the submitter. Participation in the FIM beta is voluntary and unpaid, and TCoops may revoke beta access at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability. Data entered into FIM during the beta period (spools, projects, supplies, usage logs) is not guaranteed to persist through major version migrations, so you should not rely on FIM as your sole record of inventory during the beta period. Beta testers will be asked to explicitly accept a Beta Access Agreement on first login to FIM; acceptance is recorded with a timestamp, and continued use of FIM after accepting constitutes ongoing agreement to these terms.

If you create an account, you agree to:

• ✓ Provide accurate information
• ✓ Keep credentials confidential
• ✓ Report unauthorized access
• ✓ Take responsibility for activity

You must NOT:

• ✗ Facilitate phishing, scams, malware, or fraud
• ✗ Harass, abuse, or harm others
• ✗ Access systems without authorization
• ✗ Reverse engineer or overload Services
• ✗ Violate applicable laws

You are responsible for content you create, upload, or configure. You represent that:

• → You have rights to the content
• → Content doesn't infringe third-party rights
• → Content is lawful and doesn't harm users

If you purchase paid features:

• • Payments processed by Stripe or Square
• • Subscriptions may renew automatically
• • Pricing may change with notice

We own all rights to the Services, including design, code, branding, and content we create (except user-provided content).

You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

The Services may rely on third-party providers (authentication, analytics, payments, hosting). Your use of those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

• • Not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• • Not liable for loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• • Total liability limited to amount paid in prior 12 months, or $50 CAD

You may stop using Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if:

• • You violate these Terms
• • Your use poses risk to users or Services
• • Required by law or third-party providers
• • For operational or development reasons

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Disputes will be brought in courts located in Alberta, Canada.

GDPR rights are respected for users in the European Economic Area. EEA users may exercise their rights under GDPR by contacting us at create@tcoops.ca.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date will reflect revisions. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

By accepting the analytics consent banner in FIM (Filament Inventory Manager), you agree to pseudonymous feature-usage analytics as described in our Privacy Policy. You may decline or withdraw consent at any time without affecting your access to FIM.

Access to FIM is by invitation only. Joining the waitlist is an application for early access, not a guarantee of a beta seat. Tyler reviews all applications personally and selects testers based on use case, setup, and ability to provide meaningful feedback.

Inventory, project, and supply data you enter into FIM belongs to you. We do not use your inventory content for any purpose other than displaying it back to you.

FIM is provided without any uptime guarantee. Features may be modified, added, or removed at any time without prior notice.

Features may change, and data loss during major migrations — while unlikely — cannot be fully guaranteed.

You may not:

• ✗ Access FIM via automated scripts or scrapers
• ✗ Use FIM for competitive intelligence purposes
